Created in 2016 , STEP Group Sarl was legalized in April 2019 and since has grown to over 20 permanent workers and over 15 consultants with an operating capital of 10 millions FCFA.
STEP Group can boast of having Authorizations from the Government: Ministry of Employment and Vocational Train-ing, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Environment, Protection of Nature and Sustainable Development.
Our vision is to be the leading integrated waste management Company and a Reference Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Service Provider in Cameroon and be consid-ered amongst the best in Africa.
